Château de Saurs AOC Gaillac dry white has a brilliant and clear pale yellow robe, with hints of green. Its lively, fresh, yet delicate nose indicates fruit and fullness on the palate, with a well balanced, elegant and harmonious finish.
Chateau de Saurs Blanc Sec is delicious as an aperitif, and would be a perfect companion with fish and shell fish.
